How Do I...
Make An Appointment?
Appointments may be made by telephoning 0208 854 0157 / 0208 854 0229 or by calling at the surgery. Our appointment line is open from 8.00am Monday to Friday and the receptionists will try and give you the appointment of your choice. However, due to high demand this may not always be possible and you may be offered an alternative choice.
Routine appointments may be made up to one month in advance, which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time best suitable to your requirements.
Emergencies - if you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding then call an ambulance (tel: 999) before calling the surgery.
If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in over-subscribed situations.
How Do I...
Obtain A Home Visit?
Patients are requested to telephone before 11.00am if a home visit is required that day. Emergency visits only will be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible. The doctor will telephone you prior to the visit. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.
How Do I...
